Located just north of Loudonville, OH in Ashland County, this 26.9+/- acre property offers a great mix of open ground and mature woods with plenty of potential. Whether you're looking for a hunting property, a place to build your dream home or cabin, or simply a recreational getaway, this tract is worth a look. The property has a strong history of excellent deer hunting and provides the habitat that serious hunters are looking for. The combination of wooded cover and open ground creates natural travel corridors for wildlife, and there's a great area on top of the property that would be ideal for planting food plots or even putting a few acres into production.
One of my favorite features is the elevated portion of the property that offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It's easy to picture a home or cabin sitting up there, taking advantage of both the scenery and the privacy. Mature timber is scattered throughout the wooded acreage, adding character and long-term value to the property.

The location is another big plus. You're just minutes from Loudonville and close to everything the Mohican area has to offer, including hiking, canoeing, fishing, camping, and other outdoor recreation. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy your own private acreage while still being close to one of Ohio's premier outdoor destinations. If you've been looking for a manageable-sized property with proven hunting, a potential build site, and room to make it your own, this one deserves a look. Bring your ideas and see everything this versatile Ashland County property has to offer.
