Wonderfully placed lot, located in Barberton in a quiet street. There was once a home on this lot, so expect that lines may already be run to hook into utilities. nice level lot with trees near the back of the lot. Owner decided to go another route so no testing has been done. Looking to sell at cost. Bring your own builder!
